1. Personuppgiftsansvarig

Verzainvest är personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter i tjänsten (verzainvest.com och news.verzainvest.com). Kontakt: [email protected].

2. Vilka uppgifter vi behandlar

• Kontouppgifter: e-postadress, namn (om du anger det) och lösenord – lösenordet lagras aldrig i klartext, bara som en krypterad hash. Loggar du in med Google sparas ditt Google-ID.
• Samtycken: vilken version av villkoren och integritetspolicyn du godkänt och när, samt ditt val om marknadsföring.
• Användning och inställningar: senaste inloggning och dina inställningar i tjänsten, till exempel hur du ordnat din översikt.
• Tekniska uppgifter: IP-adress, webbläsarinformation och tidpunkter i serverloggar och hos vår nätverksleverantör.
• Verifieringskoder: engångskoden som skickas till din e-post, lagrad krypterad och bara i 15 minuter.
• Kontaktformuläret: namn, e-postadress, ämne och meddelande när du skriver till oss via kontaktsidan.

3. Ändamål och rättslig grund

• Tillhandahålla ditt konto och tjänsten – fullgörande av avtal (art. 6.1 b GDPR).
• Svara på frågor du skickar via kontaktformuläret eller e-post – vårt berättigade intresse av att kunna besvara dig (art. 6.1 f).
• Verifiera din e-post, skydda tjänsten och förhindra missbruk – vårt berättigade intresse av en säker tjänst (art. 6.1 f).
• Skicka nyheter, uppdateringar och erbjudanden via e-post – endast om du samtyckt (art. 6.1 a). Samtycket är frivilligt och kan återkallas när som helst.
• Uppfylla rättsliga skyldigheter, till exempel bokföring – rättslig förpliktelse (art. 6.1 c).

4. Cookies och lokal lagring

Vi använder bara nödvändiga cookies: en inloggningscookie som håller dig inloggad (upp till 30 dagar) och en tillfällig cookie under inloggning med Google. Om du godkänner inställningar sparar din webbläsare även dina val lokalt, till exempel tema, språk, filter, bokmärken och kalendervy. Väljer du endast nödvändiga cookies rensas de när du lämnar sidan. Vi använder inga cookies för statistik, reklam eller spårning. Du kan ändra ditt val när som helst under Cookieinställningar.

5. Vilka vi delar uppgifter med

Vi säljer aldrig dina personuppgifter. Vi anlitar följande leverantörer (personuppgiftsbiträden) för att driva tjänsten:

• MongoDB Atlas – databas där kontouppgifterna lagras.
• Cloudflare – nätverk, säkerhet och skydd mot attacker.
• Loopia – utskick av e-post, till exempel verifieringskoder.
• Google – inloggning med Google (om du väljer det) och typsnitt (Google Fonts).

6. Överföring utanför EU/EES

Vissa leverantörer, till exempel Google, Cloudflare och MongoDB, kan behandla uppgifter utanför EU/EES. Sådana överföringar sker med stöd av EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler eller EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Hur länge vi sparar uppgifterna

• Kontouppgifter och samtycken sparas så länge du har ett konto.
• Serverloggar sparas i 30 dagar.
• Verifieringskoder gäller i 15 minuter.
• Meddelanden via kontaktformuläret sparas i 12 månader och raderas sedan.
• Om du ber oss radera ditt konto raderar vi dina uppgifter, utom sådant vi enligt lag måste spara.

8. Dina rättigheter

Du har rätt att begära tillgång till dina personuppgifter, få felaktiga uppgifter rättade, få dina uppgifter raderade, begränsa behandlingen, invända mot behandling som grundar sig på berättigat intresse, få ut dina uppgifter (dataportabilitet) och när som helst återkalla ett samtycke. Kontakta oss på [email protected]. Du har också rätt att lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se).

9. Marknadsföring

Vi skickar nyheter och erbjudanden via e-post bara om du har kryssat i det. Vill du inte längre få dem kan du när som helst mejla [email protected] eller använda länken för att avregistrera dig i utskicket.

10. Ändringar

Vi kan uppdatera denna policy. Vid väsentliga ändringar ber vi dig godkänna den nya versionen innan du fortsätter använda tjänsten. Läs även våra användarvillkor.

Privacy Policy

Effective from 10 October 2026

1. Data controller

Verzainvest is the controller of your personal data in the service (verzainvest.com and news.verzainvest.com). Contact: [email protected].

2. What data we process

• Account details: email address, name (if you provide it) and password — the password is never stored in plain text, only as an encrypted hash. If you sign in with Google, your Google ID is stored.
• Consents: which version of the terms and privacy policy you accepted and when, and your marketing choice.
• Usage and settings: your last sign-in and your settings in the service, for example how you arranged your dashboard.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and timestamps in server logs and at our network provider.
• Verification codes: the one-time code sent to your email, stored encrypted and only for 15 minutes.
• Contact form: name, email address, subject and message when you write to us via the contact page.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing your account and the service — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Answering questions you send via the contact form or email — our legitimate interest in being able to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Verifying your email, securing the service and preventing misuse — our legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Sending news, updates and offers by email — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Meeting legal obligations, such as bookkeeping — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Cookies and local storage

We only use necessary cookies: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 30 days) and a temporary cookie during Google sign-in. If you accept preferences, your browser also stores your choices locally, such as theme, language, filters, bookmarks and calendar view. If you choose only necessary cookies, these are cleared when you leave the page. We use no cookies for statistics, advertising or tracking. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings.

5. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We use the following providers (data processors) to run the service:

• MongoDB Atlas — the database where account details are stored.
• Cloudflare — network, security and attack protection.
• Loopia — sending email, such as verification codes.
• Google — Google sign-in (if you choose it) and fonts (Google Fonts).

6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers, such as Google, Cloudflare and MongoDB, may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep data

• Account details and consents are kept for as long as you have an account.
• Server logs are kept for 30 days.
• Verification codes are valid for 15 minutes.
• Messages sent via the contact form are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
• If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data except what we are legally required to keep.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, have inaccurate data corrected, have your data erased, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive your data (data portability) and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).

9. Marketing

We only send news and offers by email if you ticked the box for it. If you no longer want them, email [email protected] at any time or use the unsubscribe link in the email.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service. Please also read our Terms of Use.
